Facility is seeking an Urgent Care Physician to join our respected health system * Board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related field required * Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Outpatient only * Access to state-of-the-art medical equipment and comprehensive resources * Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) * Consult with patients to assess urgent care needs and determine appropriate treatment plans * Prescribe treatments, therapies, medications, and vaccinations as necessary * Educate patients and families on procedures, test results, and treatment option * Refer patients to specialists when needed * Actively participate in hospital committees and initiatives * Collaborate with and supervise APPs to enhance patient care * Annual Compensation Range: $333,000 * Supervision: $12,000 per year per 1.0 FTE APP * Signing Bonus: up to $30,000 * Retention Bonus (beginning at the completion of the 2nd year): up to $30,000 per year * Relocation bonus: Up to $10,000 (based on location) * CA license required
