Restoration Technician

Your New Role: As a Restoration Technician at Reset Restoration Services, you will be at the forefront of our mission to restore homes and businesses to their former glory. You will: Conduct basic cleaning for fire, water, and mold damage: wiping down surfaces, inventory control, wrapping goods, and loading/unloading vehicles. Perform production processes as per work orders and instructions from the Project Manager. Monitor water restoration jobs using our specialized applications. Execute emergency water extraction efficiently and effectively. Carry out water damage mitigation to minimize property damage. Conduct building material demolition, following all safety protocols. Handle content manipulation, carefully moving items affected by water damage. Implement mold remediation procedures, ensuring safe removal of mold. Perform structural drying with specialized equipment. Address various homeowner property claims with versatility and adaptability. Maintain daily note updates for assigned tasks. Keep your workspace and company vehicles clean. Utilize various tools for demolition and specialty cleaning tasks. Job requirements No experience necessary, but is preferred Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a thorough background check upon hire Must be able to work a rotating "on-call" schedule, demonstrating flexibility and availability to address emergencies as needed Ability to properly and effectively wear Personal Protective Equipment for prolonged periods of time such as a respirator, gloves, hardhat, etc. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly Ability to physically move items by lift/carry/push/pull Ability to climb a ladder and work at ceiling heights Ability to work in tight spaces such as crawlspaces and attics Willingness to work in potentially hazardous environments with the ability to work with various cleaning chemicals Work well in a team environment and maintain punctuality Must be authorized to work in the U.S. "We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
