Position Summary
The Sales Engineer is a quota-adjacent, pre-sales role responsible for owning product mastery and delivering high-impact, end-to-end demonstrations of PPi’s product suite—specifically Care Compass—to prospective healthcare clients. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and implementation and is critical to advancing late-stage deals.
This individual must rapidly develop deep expertise in PPi’s product line, understand real-world healthcare workflows, and confidently demonstrate how Care Compass integrates into and improves EHR-driven environments. The role is accountable for translating buyer pain points into compelling, workflow-based demos that move deals forward and reduce friction in the sales cycle.
Healthcare SaaS experience is table stakes. Hands-on EHR experience is non-negotiable.
