The role offers a competitive compensation package, meaningful hands-on work, and the support of a well-established platform for professional growth.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDraft and file motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents in matrimonial and family law mattersConduct extensive legal research and manage discovery processesCommunicate directly with clients and opposing counsel on a regular basisManage case files and maintain organized work product from inception through resolutionCollaborate with partners and team members on strategy and case developmentHandle court appearances and other litigation-related tasks as neededQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive membership in good standing with the California State Bar2–5 years of experience in matrimonial or family lawPrior law firm experience requiredStrong research, writing, and analytical skillsSignificant hands-on experience drafting motions and pleadingsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated, personable, and a collaborative team playerFamily law and/or accounting experience is a plusOutstanding academic and professional credentialsApplication RequirementsInterested candidates must submit:ResumeLaw school transcripts (minimum requirement)Cover letter and writing sample (recommended)Billable Hour RequirementCandidates should expect a standard annual billable hour expectation of approximately 1,850 hours.
