The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching vehicles for towing and heavy hauling services, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Qualifications Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in using dispatch software and toolsKnowledge of towing and hauling regulations and procedures is a plusPrevious experience in a dispatching or logistics roleHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in dispatching is a plus
