Joining at this stage offers the opportunity for meaningful ownership and the chance to make a significant impact on both the product and the team.What You Will DoArchitect and develop full-stack features from conception through deployment, ensuring robust functionality and user experience.Contribute to technical decision-making, influencing stack choices, system design, and engineering standards.Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across both front-end and back-end systems.Collaborate with founders and product stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and technical debt.Help establish engineering best practices, fostering a strong, high-trust engineering culture. Ideal Candidate BackgroundProven experience building and shipping full-stack web applications in a production environment.Strong command of both front-end and back-end development, with the ability to navigate the entire stack fluidly.Experience in an early-stage startup or in a role requiring significant autonomy and self-direction.Demonstrated ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions under real-world constraints.A collaborative, low-ego approach to engineering and problem-solving. PreferredFamiliarity with modern web frameworks and technologies across the full stack.Experience in performance optimization and scalability strategies.Previous involvement in shaping engineering culture or practices in a startup environment.
