Ideal Candidate BackgroundProven experience building and shipping full-stack web applications in a production environment.Strong command of both front-end and back-end development, with the ability to navigate the entire stack fluidly.Experience in an early-stage startup or in a role requiring significant autonomy and self-direction.Demonstrated ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions under real-world constraints.A collaborative, low-ego approach to engineering and problem-solving. PreferredFamiliarity with modern web frameworks and technologies across the full stack.Experience in performance optimization and scalability strategies.Previous involvement in shaping engineering culture or practices in a startup environment.
