Senior Structural Engineer

Senior Structural Project Engineer (Hybrid) – Portland, MESeeking an experienced Structural Project Engineer to lead the design and delivery of commercial, institutional, and mixed-use building projects throughout New England. This role will manage projects from concept through construction while collaborating closely with clients, architects, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:• Lead structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, masonry, wood, precast, and cold-formed metal structures• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client relationships across multiple projects• Prepare construction documents, calculations, specifications, and technical reports• Support construction administration including RFIs, shop drawing reviews, and field observations• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to business development effortsQualifications:• BS in Civil Engineering with Structural emphasis (MS preferred)• PE license required• 10+ years of structural building design experience• Strong knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ACI, and related codes• Proficiency with Revit, RAM, Bluebeam, and MS Office
