Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary: The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes, supporting production, and driving efficiency and quality improvements across operations.Responsibilities:Develop manufacturing methods, including non-standard tooling selection and documented processesAnalyze and resolve manufacturing issues while supporting continuous improvement initiativesPartner with production supervisors to optimize setups and reduce setup and cycle timesEvaluate existing processes to identify variables impacting efficiency and non-conformancesCreate and maintain drawings, process sheets, and travelers to support productionProvide CAD support for CAM programming activitiesManage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work areaPerform additional duties as requiredQualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related engineering fieldStrong technical knowledge of metalworking and plating processesSolid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and inspection instructions, and determine product conformanceStrong process engineering knowledge, including workpiece control, tolerance stack-up, and datum structuresEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
