This person will properly tow and recover many different types of vehicles and construction equipment safely and efficiently. Candidates will have a set schedule of 45 - 50+ hours throughout the week plus a rotating on-call schedule with a team of operators. Candidates must live near the Dayton, OH area.The primary objective for a Heavy Duty Wrecker Operator is to execute calls that are given by the Dispatcher without delay while providing excellent customer service to all Englewood Truck clients.Requirements and Responsibilities:Must have valid CDL A drivers license with no restrictions.Must be DOT compliant-pass drug and alcohol tests, valid medical card, etc.Must have a good driving record.Some towing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.No major criminal issues-must pass a background check.Provide exceptional customer serviceSelf motivatedDedication - Be a team playerAbility to work a rotating on-call weekend scheduleAbility to work in all weather conditionsMaintain a safe work environmentWinner's mentalityMust live near the Southwest, OH area.Englewood Truck offers the highest compensation in the industry.
