Job Title: Operations & Technical Coordinator/LogisticsLocation: Pasco, WAPay rate: $25/hr.W2Duration: 6 Months with possible extensionShift timings: 8:00AM -5:00PMJob SummaryThe Operations & Technical Support Coordinator provides essential operational, logistical, and technical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the team and facility. This role supports field technicians, project teams, and customer engagements by coordinating schedules, managing materials and inventory, and assisting with basic technical and administrative tasks. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support both administrative and hands-on operational activities.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & LogisticsManage shipping and receiving of materials, equipment, and suppliesTrack and perform regular material inventory counts and reconciliationCoordinate and support weekly technician scheduling meetingsAssist with general operational tasks to support daily business needsTechnical SupportAssist with the assembly and setup of control test boardsPerform basic technical tasks involving low-voltage electricity under guidanceUse basic hand tools (e.g., drill, screwdriver, pliers) safely and effectivelyAdministrative SupportMaintain organization of technical documentation and materialsProvide general administrative support to the team as neededCoordinate lunches and logistics for customer visits and SFAT activitiesPerform light cleaning and upkeep of office, conference room, and bathroom areas to maintain a professional environmentRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to perform hands-on, detail-oriented work in a technical environmentComfortable using basic hand toolsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office; SharePoint familiarity is a plus)Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities as neededPreferred / Additional SkillsBasic understanding of electricity or electronicsComputer or networking fundamentalsPrior experience in operations, construction, manufacturing, or technical environmentsStrong organizational and communication skillsPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsAbility to lift and move light to moderate materials (50lbs)Ability to stand, bend, and perform hands-on tasks for extended periods
