Assembler

Job description: Assembler- Huntley IL, Schedule Mon-Friday (7am-3:30pm) Responsibilities: Reads work orders and follows the work requirements and assembly instructions according to customers specifications and schedule Visually inspects each part. Removes and sets aside all non-conforming products as per inspection control plan Reports all non-conforming parts and spare part shortage to the Assembly supervisor Loads individual parts per job specifications into their designated storage areas; Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to become familiar with all the company’s specifications and inspection standards; Ability to read simple drawings and to measure in Microns Meticulous attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Good manual dexterity and agility General math skills Ability to continuously stand and walk throughout the day Must be able to carry and/or lift to 50 pounds throughout the day. Required Education & Education: High school Diploma or equivalent.
