Our goal is to remain at the forefront of assessment and measurement efficacy within the education and ed tech space as it continues to grow and evolve.The Sales Operations Associate will support the sales team by optimizing workflows, managing sales data, and leveraging technology to increase sales productivity. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational activities run smoothly and align with our business objectives . This role demands a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in CRM and sales software, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. Sales Strategy and Execution - Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies. Analyze performance data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency. Data Management and Analysis - Maintain accurate records of all sales figures, reporting systems, and sales databases. Provide regular reports to management on sales metrics, opportunities, and threats. CRM Management - Oversee the CRM system; ensure it functions smoothly, captures essential data, and is utilized effectively by the sales team. Train new users and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Process Improvement - Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Implement new tools and technologies as needed. Sales Support - Provide direct support to sales teams in large complex deals and ensure that all administrative and operational aspects are managed effectively. Collaboration and Communication - Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, logistics , customer service, and finance departments to ensure aligned objectives and timely execution of business strategies. Training and Development - Develop and deliver training materials related to sales techniques, processes, and tools. Ensure that the sales team is knowledgeable about the latest sales practices and technologies. Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function. Required Experience: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and other analytical tools. Strong ability to analyze data, understand trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Bachelors degree in Business Administration , Marketing, Economics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role within a sales-focused environment.
