COVIID VACCINE REQUIRED by 1/4/2022The Registered Nurse is a professional caregiver who provides direct and indirect care for a group of patients for a designated time frame for some or all age population as described below. The nursing process is the basis for care and includes assessment of biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care, educational and discharge planning factors. Planning and prescribing nursing interventions, implementing them and evaluating care rendered completes the nursing process.
