A company is looking for a Lead Program Manager Pharmacy Network.
Key Responsibilities
Work with strategic partners to define, implement, and support optimization programs for clients
Lead end-to-end product delivery for pharmacy network products and services
Manage negotiations and relationships with pharmacy partners to ensure access to retail and specialty networks
Required Qualifications
Degree in Business, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
6+ years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) roles
Experience with negotiating and managing contractual guarantees
5+ years of experience with modeling and data management
Advanced skills in SQL, DB Visualizer, and Excel
