GOFO continuously enhances its infrastructure to support cross-regional and local delivery needs effectively.ResponsibilitiesIndependently lead full-cycle recruitment for all roles, including defining talent profiles, sourcing channels, candidate screening, interview coordination, and facilitating hiring decisions.Partner closely with business teams to understand organizational structure and hiring needs, providing professional recruitment guidance and local talent market insights.Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies using diverse channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, agencies, campus initiatives, and industry associations.Conduct structured and competency-based interviews, deliver objective candidate assessments, and provide clear hiring recommendations to hiring managers.Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency, enhance candidate experience, and manage recruitment data and analytics.Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline, nurture candidate relationships, and support employer branding initiatives.Support new hire onboarding and assist with improving employee integration processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related field.Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently.Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to work under pressure, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Legally authorized to work in United States.
