Our Data Analytics curriculum covers the full analytics workflow: from Python fundamentals and statistical reasoning to data wrangling, visualization, and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders — applied to real business problems.Who are we looking for?We are building a talent pool of experienced Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Analytics Consultants for ongoing roles as Instructors, Authors, and Subject Matter Experts in our Data Analytics educational programs.We are looking for specialists across the following areas: Statistical Data Analysis, Data Wrangling, The Basics of Python for Data Analysis, Soft Skills for Data Analysts, and adjacent analytics topics.A strong candidate doesn't just know their stack deeply — they actively apply data analytics in real-world projects and can translate complex concepts into practical, teachable content. We prioritize hands-on experience with tools and workflows such as Python (pandas, NumPy), data visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly), statistical analysis, data cleaning and transformation pipelines, business intelligence tools, or similar. The ability to teach others how to extract actionable insights and communicate findings to business stakeholders is what sets our experts apart.Role Levels We're Hiring AcrossJunior level — Instructors Ideal background: Junior Data Scientist, Data Analyst 1–3 years in data analysis or analytics consulting. You're comfortable with Python (pandas), data cleaning, basic statistics, and data visualization. In your sessions, you guide students through real datasets, help them develop analytical intuition, and connect their work to business decisions.Mid level — Authors Ideal background: Data Scientist, Analytics Consultant 3–6 years producing business insights from data. You specialize in exploratory data analysis, statistical reasoning, and data storytelling. As a course author, you explain analytical choices and their business implications, and help learners communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Senior level — Subject Matter Experts Ideal background: Analytics Director, AI Consultant 6+ years in analytics, including leadership and data strategy experience. You've worked across business functions and can speak credibly to data-driven decision making at the organizational level. You contribute to curriculum design and ensure our programs reflect current industry standards.These are Talent Pool positions — we continuously review applications and build our roster of experts. This means there may not be an immediate opening at the time you apply, but strong candidates will be added to our talent pool and contacted as relevant opportunities arise.You can join us on a part-time basis (~10–15h/week), contributing as an instructor leading live sessions and workshops, as a course author creating learning materials, or as a subject matter expert supporting curriculum development.
