Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist at our Chicopee, MA location. The Physical Therapist will develop and implement treatment plans to improve patients' physical abilities through pain management, mobility exercises, and rehabilitation activities. Responsibilities include evaluating patients' conditions, monitoring their progress, collaborating with healthcare teams, and providing support for recovery at the facility or in a home care environment to ensure the highest standard of patient care. Qualifications Expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient CareKnowledge of Medicine and its application in therapeutic contextsExperience in managing Home Care and designing therapy programs tailored to individual needsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team collaborationLicensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of MassachusettsDoctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent qualificationCompassionate and detail-oriented approach to providing care
