Backed by leading investors and operating at scale with over 300 employees, their AI platform simplifies and personalizes customer experiences across every industry, cutting response times from days to minutes.They’re now hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to join their San Francisco office or US remote. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll own technical deployments end to end and work directly with enterprise clients.What you’ll do:Lead technical delivery for enterprise customersRun discovery sessions, scope use cases, and manage implementation timelinesBuild and ship production-ready AI agents using Python and modern cloud toolsOwn the entire solution lifecycle from prototype to deployment and iterationDevelop integrations with CRMs, contact centers, and internal toolsMonitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems are scalable and secureAct as the technical voice of the customer, feeding insights back to product and engineeringWhat we’re looking for:2+ years of experience deploying ML or AI modelsIdeally 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical deploymentStrong backend experience in PythonComfortable working with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelinesClear communicator with strong customer-facing skillsHigh ownership and bias toward actionDegree in Computer Science or similar preferredComfortable working in fast-paced startup environmentsIf you want to work on real-world AI applications, own your impact, and collaborate directly with enterprise users, this is one of the most high-leverage roles you can take.
