Adecco | On-Site at TaylorMade Golf - Carlsbad, CAPay Rate: $25/hour Adecco is partnering with TaylorMade Golf to recruit a polished and service-driven Coordinator to support The Kingdom-TaylorMade's premier, invitation-only fitting and experience center-through early July. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-touch, luxury environment, supporting elite athletes, professionals, and VIP guests. The Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a world-class, concierge-level experience, ensuring every detail reflects TaylorMade's commitment to excellence.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a primary point of contact for VIP guests, PGA professionals, and corporate partnersCoordinate and manage guest scheduling, communications, and pre/post-visit experiencesSupport seamless execution of fittings, private events, and corporate engagementsOversee order entry, tracking, and fulfillment with a strong attention to detail Maintain accurate records, reporting, and guest experience data Ensure the facility reflects a premium, hospitality-driven environment at all times Partner with cross-functional teams including Sports Marketing, Sales, and EventsSupport inventory management, reporting, and operational excellence Qualifications:3+ years of experience in concierge, hospitality, or high-end client servicesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Polished, professional presence with a customer-first mindsetBachelor's degree preferred Passion for or knowledge of golf or premium sporting brands is a plus What's in It for You:Competitive pay at $25/hour with weekly payOpportunity to support a globally recognized, premium brandWork in a dynamic, high-end environment with industry professionals Access to benefits after 1 week (medical, dental, vision) Pay Details: $25.00 per week Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
