Learn more at www.axiawh.com.The Manager, Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will drive critical elements of the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles and will provide in-depth analytical support and strategic thought partnership to the Operations team. The FP&A Manager will collaborate closely with senior management to drive financial performance and support business objectives.Manage the development of short- and long-term financial models and solutions that will drive growth and support internal business goalsEstablish strong, cross-functional relationships to position the FP&A organization as a strategic asset and thought partner in key decision makingLead regional budget development in collaboration with key stakeholdersPartner with internal customers to develop client-focused analytic models, methodologies, and reports to meet business needsFacilitate reviews and improvement planning with business units and cost centers for performance gapsEfficiently and clearly communicate the core takeaways and conclusions of complex analytical modelsMonitor ongoing business performance against budgets/forecasts and conduct/interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses to provide insight into existing operationsPartner with stakeholders to understand variance drivers and identify key risks/opportunitiesAssist with special projects and ad hoc analysis as neededSupervisory Responsibilities:One direct report (Financial Analyst)Qualities and Skills:Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., BI & ERPs)Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholdersAbility to synthesize large data sets and identify trends and key informationStrong analytical, written communication, interpersonal, listening, and organizational skillsProven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple prioritiesStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingEducation and Experience: Minimum bachelor’s in accounting or finance; MBA a plusMinimum of 4 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably working with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelingExperience with data management and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)Experience with cloud-based budgeting software required, ideally in Planful Experience in healthcare industry preferredExperience in Physician Compensation preferred Pay or shift range: $115k to $140kThe estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position.
