In this role you will support a data integration project involving the Genesys call system and Google Cloud Platform.ResponsibilitiesDesigns, develops, implements and maintains business solutions.Provide Python development for an ongoing project involving data extraction from the Genesys call system via APIs into Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for normalization and reporting. Assist with development for transition to API-driven data handling critical for improving data accessibility and reporting efficiency.Requirements10+ years experience with Python development10+ years experience with APIsPrevious experience with GCP and AirflowPreferably some knowledge of the Genesys Cloud CX Contact Center system
