This role requires you to assist in various medical procedures, administer medications, and effectively use medical equipment ranging from EKGs to nebulizers. Challenges include maintaining accurate and detailed medical records under stressful conditions and adapting quickly to emerging patient needs. Collaboration is key, as the LPN works closely with physicians, other nurses, and administrative staff to optimize patient flow and care coordination.
