Facility is seeking Palliative Care Physician to join our esteemed team.- Provide expert palliative care consultations and follow-up care to patients in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and chaplains, to develop and implement individualized care plans.- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.- Manage complex symptoms, including pain, nausea, and respiratory distress, to improve the quality of life for patients.- Facilitate discussions with patients and families regarding prognosis, goals of care, and advance care planning.- Educate and support healthcare providers, patients, and families about palliative care principles and practices.- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research, and educational activities to advance the field of palliative care.- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.- Generous paid time off and CME allowances.- Retirement plan- Relocation Reimbursement- Student Loan Reimbursement Eligibility- Supportive and collaborative work environment.- Required: BC/BE in Hospice and Palliative Medicine, NH state medical license.
