Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate patient observation and monitor vital signs to ensure safety and well-being.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts.
Support patients with dementia or Alzheimer’s care by implementing specialized memory care techniques and maintaining a safe environment.
Help with meal preparation, feeding assistance, laundry, cleaning, and overall home or community care tasks to promote comfort and hygiene.
Document patient care activities thoroughly in medical documentation systems and communicate effectively with healthcare teams about patient status.
Qualifications
Min 1 year verifiable experience as a caregiver
CNA Certification/ HHA Certification (HHA we can provide)
Level II Background (fingerprints)
CPR Certification (in person course MUST be from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute)
Reliable Transportation (DL & Active Auto Insurance)
Must hold the following CEU's- HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer's, Domestic Violence, Communication w/impaired, Medical Error and Self Administration of Medications, Abuse neglect and appropriation.
TB Test
Demonstrated experience working with people with developmental disabilities or dementia is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations in home health or assisted living environments.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting patients safely and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
