Join our team as we make a real difference!The Academic Coordinator supports high-quality teaching and student learning by overseeing effective Canvas (LMS) use and leading the campus-wide WIN (What's Important Now) enrichment and intervention program. This role helps maintain strong academic systems and programs that support student success.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with a need for accommodation to perform the essential functions of this job.Monitor and support teacher use of Canvas, including timely updates, alignment to standards, and consistency across coursesProvide training, feedback, and guidance to improve instructional use of CanvasPartner with administration to refine expectations and conduct periodic course auditsOversight of JH/HS curriculum mappingLead the Thursday WIN (enrichment/intervention) program, including vision, structure, scheduling, and staffingEnsure students receive targeted support or enrichment based on data and teacher inputMonitor effectiveness and continuously improve the WIN programSupport school improvement goals and assist with master schedule developmentProvide professional learning in Canvas, differentiation, and intervention strategiesFacilitate collaboration across teachers, teams, and departmentsREQUIREMENTS:Agrees with Cascade Christian Schools' Statement of Faith and Teaching StatementsDemonstrates Christian character in attitude, speech, and actionsBachelor's degree and 3-5 years of teaching experienceExperience with Canvas or other LMS platformsKnowledge of grades 7-12 school operationsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to design intervention and enrichment systemsCommitment to a respectful, inclusive school environmentAvailability for meetings, devotions, and occasional evening eventsCPR/First Aid certified (or willing) and able to pass a background checkWORK HOURS:Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:15 am to 3:15 pmSTART DATE:Approximately August 19, 2026SALARY RANGE:$26.25 - $29.15, depending on education and experienceBENEFITS:Medical, Dental, Vision, Sick Leave, Personal Leave, Employee Assistance Program, Leadership Development Program, Life Insurance, and a K-12 Child Tuition Discount.For more information, please contact the Human Resources Department at HR@cascadechristian.org.Cascade Christian is an equal opportunity employer, with the right to prefer employees and prospective employees on the basis of religion and other exemptions applicable to religious institutions.
