Shop Assistant / Lot Attendant Talon Machinery – Warrenton, NC Full-Time | Monday–Friday Talon Machinery is hiring a full-time Shop Assistant to help keep our dealership and property organized, clean, and running smoothly. This is an entry-level position. No experience required — just a strong work ethic and reliability. Responsibilities: Cleaning and detailing vehicles for sale Taking vehicles to inspection Keeping shop, lot, and property clean and organized Basic errands and general support tasks Assisting technicians and sales staff as needed Requirements: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Shows up on time, every day Able to work independently without constant supervision Physically able to be on your feet and work outdoors when needed What We Offer: Full-time, steady schedule (no rotating shifts) $12 per hour starting pay Opportunity for raise after 60–90 days based on performance Health, dental, and vision insurance available Small team, no corporate drama We are a locally owned dealership focused on vehicles and trailers.
