This role ensures clarity, consistency, and accuracy across customer-facing, internal, and architectural documentation, working closely with engineering leadership.Must Have Technical/Functional Skills3–6 years of experience in technical writing, systems analysis, or a related roleStrong understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud-native systemsAbility to read and understand code, architecture diagrams, and ADRsExcellent written communication and editing skillsExperience with documentation tooling (Markdown, GitHub, Confluence, etc)
