Mechanical Engineer
PGS Worldwide is actively seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to support ongoing projects for an Aerospace leader in Littleton, CO. This is an initial 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity and I will respond immediately to all qualified candidates.Job DescriptionAs an Electronics Packaging Engineer within our Electronics Packaging department you will have responsibilities for electronics packaging development including mechanical design, stress and thermal analysis, and electronics and mechanical CAD (drawing development and release).You will need to have experience with ~full product life cycle for mechanical aspects of electronics design, including circuit card/printed circuit board design considerations.Desired design experience and background involving radio frequency (RF), electronic steerable arrays (ESAs), and/or antenna elements.Knowledge of the definition, interpretation, and implementation of design requirements, coordination and execution of hardware designs, development and integration of hardware for both custom and procured electronic assemblies in accordance with all Space engineering process specifications.You will be expected to attend Design Reviews and provide technical feedback.Schedule is a 4/10 1st shift M-Th.Local CO candidates who are willing to initially come onsite and can turn into a hybrid position.
