We are a small, talented team that works closely together — and we take tremendous pride in the relationships we build, both with our clients and with each other.What to ExpectThis is a full-time, in-office and on-site role in Palm Beach County, Florida. You will work directly alongside the Principals and collaborate with a capable, close-knit team that genuinely enjoys what they do. We move quickly, we hold ourselves to a high standard, and we believe that outstanding client service is the foundation of everything we build.What You Will Do•     Manage all project phases for luxury custom residential builds, from pre-construction through closeout•     Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans•     Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and design consultants — including MEP, Civil, and Structural•     Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and owner pay applications in a timely and organized manner•     Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, progress, and safety•     Keep accurate, well-organized project files and maintain clear communication with the whole team•     Provide weekly status updates to the Executive PM and Principals•     Assist with pre-construction activities and estimating support as neededWhat We Are Looking For•     5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in luxury residential•     Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred•     Comfort with Procore, , or similar project management platforms•     Solid command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word•     Good understanding of construction contracts, building codes, and permitting•     Strong organizational habits and an ability to manage multiple priorities at once•     Clear, professional communication — both written and verbal•     A collaborative spirit and a genuine interest in delivering exceptional workBenefits•     Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance •     Life insurance•     401K with company match (eligible after 1 year)•     Paid vacation•     Standard holidays•     Periodic travel between Palm Beach and New York City offices
