Position SummaryThe Senior AI Enablement Lead is a hands-on role that works directly with end-users, teams and business leaders to identify opportunities and deploy solutions to improve efficiency, automate repetitive processes, and enhance decision-making through practical AI solutions including Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other emerging platforms. This position reports to the CIO and is responsible for governance, training, tracking business impact, ROI, and providing updates and recommendations to executive leadership. With warehouse facilities in several states and service representatives covering all regions of the country, there isn't a retail location we can't service.Key Responsibilities:AI Tool Deployment & AdoptionIdentify, pilot, and roll out AI tools that reduce manual, repetitive, or low-value work across business unitsDesign and document standard operating procedures and use-case playbooks for approved AI toolsCollaborate with department heads and end-users to identify high-impact automation and efficiency opportunitiesEstablish an AI use-case intake process for employees to submit ideas and requestsData Access & GovernanceIdentify and request appropriate access to organizational data needed to support end-user AI workflowsPartner with IT, IS, and Data teams to ensure responsible, compliant data provisioning for AI toolsChampion data privacy and security best practices in all AI enablement activitiesMaintain a registry of approved AI tools, their data access levels, and usage policiesTraining & Change ManagementDesign and deliver AI literacy and upskilling programs for employees at all technical levelsBuild internal champions and a community of practice around AI tool usageManage change communication for new AI tool rollouts, addressing adoption barriers and concernsProduce regular reporting to the CIO & CEO on adoption rates, efficiency gains, and ROI indicatorsQualifications:Required5+ years of experience in technology enablement, digital transformation, enterprise IT, or a related fieldDemonstrated hands-on experience leading organizational implementation of AI productivity platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar)Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and automation best practicesProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational changeExcellent communication skills — able to translate AI capabilities into business value for non-technical audiencesExperience in data access coordination and working within governance frameworksPreferredExperience in a CIO-adjacent, IT Strategy, or Enterprise Architecture functionFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, enterprise SaaS platforms, and API-based integrationsBackground in training in design, change management, or organizational developmentExposure to data governance, information security, or compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)Prior experience building or scaling a small internal teamWhat Success Looks Like (12 Months)A growing, well-organized library of AI prompts and workflow guides is actively used by employeesTraining sessions have been delivered to multiple departments, with positive feedback scoresEnd users can independently use AI tools for their core tasks, reducing dependence on manual processesRecurring friction points in AI tool adoption have been identified and escalated or resolvedThe individual has developed a strong working knowledge of 2+ AI platforms and their enterprise applicationsBenefits and Perks:Hybrid roleMedical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany paid short term disability and life insurancePaid holidays and floating holidaysFlexible PTO plan401(k) with company matchTuition ReimbursementEmployees paid weeklyPaid parking in downtown DenverWe do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, political affiliation, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, marital status, or veteran (U.S.) status. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
