Role Description We are seeking a talented Illustrator for a full-time, on-site role at our Middletown, DE location. The Illustrator will conceptualize, design, and create high-quality illustrations that align with our storytelling and branding strategies. This role includes working collaboratively with writers, designers, and strategists to produce visuals for pitch decks, business plans, and other creative deliverables. Additional responsibilities include enhancing graphics, creating original artwork, and maintaining consistent design principles for all projects. Qualifications Proficiency in Digital Illustration and DrawingStrong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creationExperience with traditional mediums like Painting is a plusAttention to detail and creativity in designAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teamsProficiency in design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Illustration, or a related field is preferredStrong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
