Maintenance Technician Groundsman

As a Maintenance Technician, your primary duties include troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues, performing repairs, and supporting the daily operations of the Refreshed Tech facility. Ensure that service requests are completed promptly, maintain excellent curb appeal, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards throughout the property.Essential Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs across facilities, equipment, and grounds. Troubleshoot issues and identify practical, cost-effective solutions with the ability to complete work orders efficiently with minimal supervision. Projects may include:Remove and replace various lamps in light fixturesRemove and replace stained ceiling tile.Performs miscellaneous helper and laborer functions when assigned.Performs grounds maintenance duties when assigned such as, but not limited to: exterior entrance cleaning, snow removal and salting.Maintaining the physical appearance and condition of the property meet safety and company standards.Follow all company safety policies while performing daily duties. Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.Competencies/Skills/Abilities:Repair leaks, replace faucets, unclog drains, and install basic plumbing fixturesDiagnose common plumbing issues and determine when escalation is neededFamiliarity and safe operations with hand tools and power toolsAbility to measure, cut, and assemble materials accuratelyBasic troubleshooting of electrical issuesBasic HVAC knowledgeGeneral upkeep of building interior and exteriorLight landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal maintenanceFollow OSHA and company safety guidelinesIdentify hazards and report concerns proactivelyCommunicate clearly with supervisors and team membersRequired Education and Experience:High school diploma, GED One to two years of experience in property maintenance, building maintenance, or a related trade in a warehouse or industrial environmentsCertified Forklift or equipment operationValid driver’s license and ability to travel between sitesWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.Able to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing or walking.Benefits:Medical Benefits with employer contributionDental & Vision Company paid Life Insurance 401k with company matchPTO
