Skilled Facilities & Special Projects Specialist Crossroad Construction Group, LLC Contract (1099) | $41,600/year | Travel between New Palestine, IN and Springville, IN Crossroad Construction Group, LLC is hiring a Skilled Facilities & Special Projects Specialist to support ownership with a wide range of hands-on tasks. From light construction and general maintenance to repairs, installs, and troubleshooting, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and can jump in wherever needed. You’ll travel between New Palestine and Springville, Indiana, working directly on facilities and custom projects across properties. This is a full-time, 1099 contract position. Pay & Travel: $41,600/year (paid 1099) Regular travel between New Palestine and Springville, IN (use of personal vehicle) Responsibilities: Handle hands-on project work: minor repairs, fixture installs, general finish work Perform basic carpentry, light electrical, plumbing, drywall, and paint tasks Support ownership with maintenance, fit-outs, and property improvements Work independently, managing time and tasks across multiple properties Identify issues and either resolve or escalate to licensed contractors Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with company expectations Requirements: Strong working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical Comfortable using hand and power tools for repairs and installations Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation Must be self-directed, dependable, and flexible in day-to-day tasks Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on active job sites Personal hand tools preferred Apply today by submitting your resume and a brief summary of your hands-on experience.
