Concierge Position at Reach7 Diabetes Studio Reach7 Diabetes Studio in Columbus, GA is seeking a motivated, professional, and compassionate Concierge to join our team. This role works directly under our Medical Provider to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for every member, while supporting daily clinic operations and coordination of care. Reach7 Diabetes Studio is the leading membership-based, concierge clinic specializing in diabetes, weight management, and metabolic health. Our model is designed to offer high-touch, deeply personalized, and outcomes-focused care. You will serve as the first and last point of contact for our members, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout their care journey. While the Medical Provider oversees diagnosis and treatment, you will focus on coordination, communication, and execution of day-to-day clinic operations. This role reports directly to the Medical Provider. Member Experience & Front Desk Operations Greet members and create a welcoming, professional environment Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, texts, and messages Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments efficiently Support members with questions, follow-ups, and general needs Ensure a smooth, concierge-level experience from arrival to departure Care Coordination & Communication Coordinate with pharmacies, labs, specialists, insurance companies, and referral partners Assist with lab ordering, tracking, and organization Facilitate communication between members and the Medical Provider Help ensure timely follow-through on care plans and recommendations Membership & Financial Coordination Educate prospective patients on clinic services and membership options Support membership enrollment and onboarding Process payments and maintain accurate records Manage collection of membership dues and follow up on outstanding balances Follow up with prospective patients on joining / rejoining the studio Office & Inventory Management Maintain a clean, organized, and polished studio environment Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering as needed Receive and organize deliveries Perform routine cleaning and upkeep to maintain a high standard of presentation Administrative & Operational Support Handle documentation and basic administrative tasks within the electronic health record Support daily clinic workflows and operational efficiency Assist with general office management responsibilities Team & Studio Support Collaborate closely with the Medical Provider Participate in marketing events and community outreach, which may at times occur outside of typical clinic hours Assist with additional tasks to support a high-quality member experience Maintain flexibility and willingness to support all areas of the studio as needed Schedule Typically Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST May open early at 8:00 AM or close late at 6:00 PM on some occasions Expected to arrive approximately 15 minutes before opening and remain approximately 15 minutes after closing Qualifications Required Qualities Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, concierge-level presence Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities Reliable, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, small team environment Comfortable working under medical leadership and taking ownership of responsibilities Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and navigate new systems Supportive, compassionate, and sensitive to the needs of individuals managing chronic health conditions Strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality Passion for improving long-term metabolic health and delivering a high-quality patient experience Comfortable discussing services, guiding prospective members, and supporting membership enrollment in a professional and respectful manner Preferred, But Not Required Experience in a medical office, front desk, or administrative role Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR systems) Experience in customer service, hospitality, or concierge-style roles Background in healthcare coordination and office management
