Maintenance Manager

Core Requirements:Bachelor’s degree5+ years of maintenance, facilities, or manufacturing leadership experience with supervisory responsibilityPreferred Requirements:Experience within aerospace, automotive, or other highly regulated manufacturing environmentsStrong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, Cal-OSHA, and environmental health & safety regulationsThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for directing and overseeing all functions associated with facility engineering, production equipment maintenance, and infrastructure support across the operation. This leader will manage preventative maintenance programs, capital projects, equipment reliability, energy utilization, and facility improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Responsibilities:Lead all facility engineering and maintenance functions, including preventative maintenance, equipment reliability, and infrastructure support.Develop and maintain the Facility and Production Equipment Preventative Maintenance Program.Monitor machine downtime, preventative maintenance performance, and energy consumption while implementing corrective actions as needed.Generate specifications, funding requests, and capital appropriation documentation for facility and equipment projects.Coordinate facility renovations, equipment installations, and capital improvement projects while tracking associated expenditures.Support production operations by identifying equipment or facility constraints and implementing effective solutions.Manage contractor and vendor relationships, including evaluating bids, proposals, equipment purchases, and service agreements.Ensure all maintenance and contractor work complies with OSHA, EPA, Cal-OSHA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.CiresiMorek is a team of experienced industry professionals known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
