Job DescriptionTHE JOB AT A GLANCETo plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of multiple related projects within a specific division, ensuring alignment with divisional strategy and organizational objectives. The Programme Manager drives the realization of business benefits through effective programme governance, stakeholder management, and resource optimization.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Strategic Programme ManagementTranslate divisional strategies into executable programme roadmaps Establish and maintain programme governance frameworks Ensure alignment between programme objectives and divisional goals Identify dependencies between projects within the programme Monitor and report on programme performance against defined metrics Lead the development of business cases for programme initiatives Project Portfolio OversightCoordinate and integrate multiple projects within the programme Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards Identify and resolve conflicts and bottlenecks across projects Facilitate resource allocation and optimization across the project portfolio Review and approve project plans, ensuring alignment with programme objectives Risk and Issue ManagementImplement comprehensive risk management frameworks at programme level Identify, assess, and mitigate programme-level risks Escalate critical issues to divisional leadership when necessary Ensure consistent risk management practices across all projects Financial ManagementDevelop and manage programme budgets Track and report on financial performance Implement cost control measures Ensure financial compliance and proper documentation Stakeholder ManagementEngage with divisional leadership to ensure strategic alignment Manage expectations of diverse stakeholder groups Communicate programme status, risks, and achievements Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders Facilitate resolution of conflicts between stakeholder priorities Change ManagementLead organizational change initiatives within the programme scope Assess change impact on divisional operations and culture Develop and implement change management strategies Monitor adoption and effectiveness of change initiatives Team LeadershipProvide leadership and guidance to project managers Facilitate professional development of programme team members Foster collaborative and high-performing team environment Resolve conflicts within the programme team Provide performance feedback and coaching WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE?Bachelor’s degree Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience Minimum 3-5 years of programme management experience Programme/Project Management certification (PMP, MSP, or equivalent) Experience managing complex programmes with multiple interdependent projects Experience with programme governance and portfolio management Track record of successful programme delivery within organizational constraints WHAT WILL YOU GET IN RETURN?We offer great opportunities for personal and professional development in a stable company that’s 132 years strong.
