In this role, youll gain real responsibility from day one, work closely with senior leadership, and contribute directly to impactful commercial and mixed-use developments across the region.What Youll DoPartner with Project Managers and Superintendents to execute work from pre-construction through project closeoutConduct regular site walks to ensure safety, quality, and progress standards are metManage and maintain project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits) using ProcoreServe as a liaison between architects, engineers, subcontractors, and local agencies (SDCI, SDOT)Troubleshoot technical and logistical challenges with the field and office teamsSupport budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and other key project delivery tasksWhat You BringBachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in construction (commercial or mixed-use preferred)Passion for the building process and a deep curiosity about how things come togetherStrong organization and prioritization skills in fast-paced environmentsFamiliarity with Seattle permitting processes, safety codes, and local regulationsProficiency in Procore and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindsetWhy Youll Love RedhawkRedhawk Group is a hands-on, growth-minded construction firm where your contributions matter.
