As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft. You will lead your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
From local store marketing to helping reach sales and profit goals, you’ll be responsible in ensuring that your restaurant is delivering the top meats. To qualify for this best-brand-you-ever-worked-for job, you:
A minimum of 1+ year in foodservice management and a Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided to the right candidate to get certified)
Applicants should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Applicants should have experience with inventory, cost controls and cash handling.
Applicants should be ready and willing to do all interviewing, hiring, and terminations
Applicants will be expected to run the store as if it was their own business with an eye to the bottom line
