This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team at a company with multiple commercial products and a pipeline of new products to launch.Responsibilities:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating variety of contracts with GPOs, payers, health care providers, distributors, etc.Advising on fraud and abuse laws including Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims ActReviewing scientific and commercial/marketing materialsQualifications:J.D. and member of at least one State Bar.3-8 years of legal experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
