Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guest satisfaction Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments using POS systems like OpenTable Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest experiences and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation, cocktail mixing, wine service, spirits knowledge, and basic math calculations as needed Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and other restaurant technology platforms Strong knowledge of food industry standards, fine dining etiquette, and beverage service including spirits and wine expertise Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional guest relations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment Ability to upsell menu items confidently using sales techniques such as OpenTable reservations management and drink recommendations Prior roles in hospitality or restaurant settings demonstrating proficiency in serving, cashiering, bussing, host/hostess duties, and kitchen support Join us to deliver memorable dining experiences through energetic service and culinary excellence!
