COME CREATE IMPACT WITH USDowntown Streets Team (DST) is looking for a passionate and outgoing Bilingual (English/Spanish) Case Manager in Redwood City to help us end homelessness through the dignity of work and the power of community. We run two proven programs in 16 cities that successfully transition the unhoused to self-sufficiency.SummaryWe're looking for a full-time Bilingual Case Manager to work directly with individuals experiencing homelessness to help them navigate social services and reduce barriers to self-sufficiency. This may include helping Team Members (our unhoused clients) access shelter, employment, housing, medical, legal, financial services, and other goals.
