We are looking for someone to join our team and provide administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for filing, data entry, answering phones, and other general office duties. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, dependable, punctual, focused with strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This candidate is to be reliable, friendly, and professional with excellent customer service skills.Responsibilities: Manage the full permitting lifecycle—from initial application through to final approval & close outsSubmit permit applications across multiple jurisdictions using various methods (online)Collaborate with PM, Management teams to compile and submit accurate, compliant permit packagesMonitor timelines closely—track permit progress, proactively follow up, and keep Owners well-informedEnsure compliance with all relevant local and state licensing requirementsIdentify potential obstacles early, troubleshoot effectively, and maintain project momentum to avoid costly delaysMake, Answer, screen and forward incoming phone callsAssist PM to Log, track, sort all incoming deliveriesPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanningOther small duties as assignedQualifications: Familiar with Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Adobe AcrobatExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFast learner include adaptability, active listening, resourcefulness, and strong communicationFluent in English & Spanish ("basic understanding")Previous experience in office administration or other related fieldsAbility to prioritize and multitask.Strong attention to detailStrong organizational skillsProfessional attitude and appearanceAbility to read and understand proficiently in English
