Store/Cart Manager

As we expand, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team at Potomac Mills Mall and Fashion Centre at Pentagon City. Job Responsibilities:
Cart Management & Operations:
Oversee daily operations at the cart, ensuring that it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Ensure that products are displayed in an appealing manner and that inventory is consistently restocked.
Manage inventory tracking, upkeep, and improvement of the system to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Coordinate with the back office to ensure product availability and smooth operations.
Leadership & Staff Management:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
Provide coaching on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge to ensure staff are prepared to deliver an exceptional experience.
Schedule staff shifts to ensure proper coverage during mall hours.
Handle team member concerns and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
Sales & Customer Experience:
Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, helping them find the perfect fragrance and guiding them through the customization process.
Promote Fleuromoa’s unique custom fragrance offering, emphasizing the quality and uniqueness of our products.
Upsell and cross-sell products, meeting daily and weekly sales goals.
Ensure an excellent in-store experience, fostering long-term relationships with customers and encouraging return visits.
Administrative & Financial Oversight:
Oversee POS transactions and ensure accurate sales recording.
Track sales performance, inventory data, and staff efficiency, ensuring goals are met and exceeded.
Handle cash, credit transactions, and manage any returns or exchanges according to company policies.
Marketing & Promotion:
Assist in developing and executing in-store promotions and marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the cart.
Encourage customers to engage with Fleuromoa on social media platforms, promoting the brand and building a loyal online following.
Organize and participate in promotions or events, such as seasonal sales or product launches.
Qualifications:
Experience:
At least 2-3 years of experience in a retail management or sales leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in leading a small team and managing a retail operation, especially in a sales-driven or customer service setting.
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and motivate a team.
Exceptional customer service skills with a knack for creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.
Ability to manage inventory, sales goals, and operational procedures efficiently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing store functions.
