The Advisor We Want You should already be proven in the field: ✔️ 5+ years of sales experience ✔️ Experience working at independent shops ✔️ Strong customer communication skills ✔️ Able to build trust, set expectations, and close confidently ✔️ Knowledge of Tekmetric (major advantage) ✔️ Willing to train, grow, and improve every month You don’t need to know everything. You do need to be someone who can learn fast, stay consistent, and take ownership.
