Collateral Management Consultant

Job OpportunityJob Title: Collateral Management ConsultantWork Arrangement: Hybrid: Primarily remote, with one onsite day per month required.Location: Chicago, IL (311 South Wacker Drive)Responsibilities:Inspect system-generated collateral calls for accuracy before issuance.Issue and process daily margin calls for bilateral agreements under a CSA, cleared agreements, and affiliate margin.Communicate directly with counterparties to ensure proper collateral exchange.Post system entries in internal and industry platforms to recognize and settle agreed-upon margin calls.Investigate and escalate disputes and discrepancies.Settle month-end collateral margin interest with external counterparties and affiliates.Perform nightly reconciliations between custodians, counterparties, and internal books/records.Identify and escalate system issues to the overnight IT staff.Collaborate with internal teams, including Credit, Legal, Finance, and Trading.Schedule Hours: 7 PM 3 AM CST (Sunday Friday)Work Week: Begins Sunday at 7 PM and ends Friday at 3 AM (supporting Asian and European clients).
