Assembler PositionOur client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a dedicated assembler to join their team. As an assembler, you will be part of the industrial department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Clare, MIPay Range: $16.50Shift: 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday - overtime is scheduled prior to start time and can be heavy including SaturdaysWhat's the Job?Assemble a variety of products manufactured by the client at designated work areasPosition parts according to work orders and blueprintsFasten parts together using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fastenersOperate hand drills, tools, and rivet machines to assist in assembly operationsEnsure all safety regulations are followed to maintain a clean, accident-free, and healthy work environmentWhat's Needed?High School Diploma or GED requiredBasic math skills and ability to read a tape measure accuratelyMinimum of 1 year of experience in assembly or industrial workAbility to work in a team environment and follow safety protocolsWillingness to perform additional duties as assignedWhat's in it for me?Opportunity to work with a reputable organization in the manufacturing industryConsistent daytime schedule with weekends offPotential for skill development and career growth within the companySupportive team environment focused on safety and quality
