Job Description Registered Respiratory TherapistLocation: Miami, FLSchedule Full-time • Mixed (Rotating Weekends)Job Summary:The Respiratory Therapist coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty.Responsibilities:You will perform and document patient assessment, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure. You will conduct diagnostic procedures to evaluate the need for, and response to, respiratory therapy.You will monitor patient for therapeutic response. You will notify provider and intervene as appropriate in the event of an unintended response.You will respond to emergent patient situations and ensure airway integrity and adequate ventilation during resuscitation as required.Qualifications:RRT/Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT / RCP)Associate Degree, or Vocational School GraduateBasic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateCompensation:$30 $41 an hour based on years of experienceSign On Bonus and Relocation on a case by case basisCompany Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
