The Role:SPRIM PRO is seeking a Registered Nurse with a background in pediatric care for a clinical study evaluating a new infant formula. This role is a fully remote, full-time position.Responsibilities:Your responsibilities will include:Schedule and conduct one 1.5-hour virtual training session with newly enrolled participants in the study and up to three 30-minute follow-up sessions as needed throughout the studyTrain participants on how to measure infant weight, length, and head circumference and observe the completion of the 3 measurements to evaluate the accuracy of the measurementsEvaluate the participants’ ability to complete the three measurements and record a brief clinical note following the virtual study visitQualifications:Registered NurseAt least 1-2 years working in a Neonatal/NICU or pediatric settingFlexibility to learn new topics and pivot as neededProficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel)Focused attention to detail and complex problem-solving abilitiesStrong work ethic and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple work streams, projects and deadlinesExcellent analytical, communication and writing skillsWillingness to learn new software and pivot role based on job role needsFlexibility to work across global time zones, when needed
