Human Resources SupervisorShift: 1st ShiftSchedule: OnsiteLocation: Greeley, CO.Compensation: $62,000 – $85,000 DOEReports to: Human Resources DirectorPosition OverviewA growing and fast-paced food manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to support operations within a dynamic meat processing facility. This individual will serve as a key member of the plant leadership team, partnering closely with operations to drive employee engagement, workforce stability, compliance, and overall plant performance.This is a highly visible onsite leadership role offering the opportunity to make a direct impact in a production-driven environment where HR plays a strategic role in supporting culture, retention, safety, and workforce development. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hands-on manufacturing setting and enjoy balancing employee advocacy with operational partnership.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce SupportLead full-cycle recruitment efforts for both hourly and salaried positions, including high-volume production hiring.Develop creative sourcing and staffing strategies to support production demands across multiple shifts.Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training coordination to ensure successful employee integration and compliance.Partner with plant leadership to proactively forecast staffing needs and workforce planning initiatives.Employee Relations & Leadership SupportServe as a trusted HR resource for employees, supervisors, and leadership teams.Conduct employee investigations and support conflict resolution efforts in a timely and professional manner.Coach supervisors and managers on performance management, documentation, corrective action, and employee development.Help foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture focused on accountability and engagement.Support retention initiatives within a fast-moving manufacturing environment.Compliance, Training & HR OperationsEnsure compliance with employment laws, company policies, safety standards, and HR best practices.Maintain accurate personnel records, HR documentation, and employee data within HRIS systems.Assist with benefits administration, employee communications, and policy implementation.Coordinate leadership development, compliance training, and workforce education programs.Operational Partnership & CultureParticipate in plant leadership and production meetings to maintain strong visibility and partnership with operations.Analyze workforce trends including turnover, attendance, and productivity to recommend improvements.Partner closely with Environmental Health & Safety teams to reinforce a strong safety-first culture.Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives aligned with company values and operational goals.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.3–5+ years of HR experience within manufacturing, food processing, meat packing, or industrial environments preferred.Experience supporting high-volume hourly workforces in a fast-paced operational setting.Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, investigations, and wage and hour compliance.Prior experience in USDA-regulated or food production environments is highly preferred.Bilingual English/Spanish skills are strongly preferred.Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Comfortable working within a production-driven environment, including occasional exposure to cold or wet plant conditions.Why This Opportunity?1st shift onsite leadership opportunity with strong operational visibilityDirect partnership with plant leadership and decision-makersOpportunity to influence culture, retention, and workforce strategyFast-paced environment with long-term career growth potentialCollaborative team atmosphere where HR has a true seat at the tablePlease submit your resume for consideration.
