The team is focused on maintaining and optimizing SAP Retail and SD environments, ensuring seamless store operations and application stability through high-level technical leadership.DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide hands-on Application Maintenance Support (AMS) and resolve urgent production issues.Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for SAP Retail processes.Oversee and lead the offshore delivery team to ensure project milestones are met.Manage Retail-specific processes including Promotions, Store Operations, and Store Sales.Utilize FIORI-related processes and manage interfaces, batch jobs, and S/4 HANA environments.Perform functional and technical debugging to troubleshoot complex application errors.TOP 3 REQUIRED SKILLSSAP Retail (10+ years)SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) (10+ years)Technical Debugging & Leadership (10+ years)ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLSKnowledge of SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository)Knowledge of SAP POS (Point of Sale)S/4 HANA implementation or support experienceExperience with FIORI apps in a Retail environmentIDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE The ideal candidate is a seasoned SAP professional who bridges the gap between functional expertise and technical debugging.
